cost of private lessons?

Some go for $40 per half hour, up to $125 per hour around Tampa and Lakeland Florida.

We're in the midwest along with you. Lots of guys do $30 a half hour. If you go to an academy, then it would be a little more.

Lancaster, PA ranges from $50-$75 per hour for 1-1 hitting or pitching instruction.

The most I ever paid was $55 for an hour of 1 on 1. Same cost for pitching or hitting.

I've read a few "how to" books and watched plenty of youtube videos.

Former professional ball player(s) = $65/hr for position instruction (catching) on a field of our choosing. His instructor also instructs in hitting, but we haven't used him. An additional charge would apply if we used a facility - I think $70/hr, but I don't remember.

Also have hired (current) minor league coach in the off season - I think his pricing was in the same neighborhood.

it's 15/half 25/hour here. Baseball's not big down here though.
