A couple of weeks ago my son received an early morning email invite to the Cotuit Kettleers for next Summer.
I've never been to that part of the U.S. but guess I will get a chance now. Although, I haven't got to speak to him much about it, he is very excited (but humbled to be getting this opportunity). Maybe not as excited as Dad is but excited nevertheless.

Congratulations to your son, he's going to love it. And going to the Kettleers, I think he's really going to like Coach Robertstoo. My son was on the Kettleers and while in Milb he still talks with the Coach Roberts from time to time.

Sounds great! I recently watched a documentary on the CCL where several mlb'ers list their experiences there as the highlight of their careers.

Congrats to your son (and you!). The Cape is a special place, especially Cotuit. I grew up in that area MANY years ago, and I still bring the family cross country every year for our annual summer vacation. We love it! Great beaches, seafood and the best amateur baseball in the country. How can you go wrong? My boy will be playing in the NECBL next summer, not far from the Cape, and he has teammates that will be on the Cape, so that will be fun. Best of luck and enjoy it!

Great area up there. I spent my junior and senior years of high school on the Cape. Plenty of Historical sights to see too. Being from Texas (DFW area)the water is to cold for me and it gets chili at night. Congrats to you and your family...
Congratulation. I know a young man who was an assistant coach there a couple of seasons ago. You and your son have every right to be excited.
