I've been doing the thrower's 10 program for a while now. When I do the band work I hear a lot of cracking in both shoulders. I consulted my school trainer about it and he said that I shouldn't try to work through the cracking and stop when it occurs. The thing is I hear cracking in my shoulders all the time especially when doing arm circles.

Is this a serious problem? If so what is the solution?

After i tore my labrum I also experienced the same cracking when doing the exercises that were prescribed to me. I was told that was normal for someone in my situation so it is possible that you have some labrum issues. One thing I learned over time is that my shoulders did not crack when I had good posture and my shoulder blades were in the proper position (flat against my back).

Good luck with any rehab you might have to do and stick with it!
