Was wondering if anyone has any updated information in Creighton University, the academics and, specifically, the baseball program. There are a few posts on here but they are pretty dated. I know they play their games in the stadium where they host the college world series so it looks like they have good facilities. Just don't know a lot about the current head coach Servais or his staff. They moved to the Big East conference so any background on that conference, quality of baseball, etc would be good as well.

Any insights would be appreciated!

The only insight I can give is that two of the current players were summer ball teammates of my son last year. The host family they stayed with is next door to us. If they are any indication of the quality of young man that is recruited, the program must be top notch. They are very talented baseball players, gentlemen, and were great ambassadors for Creighton and college baseball.

I can’t even keep up with the Big East changes, once Pitt left I don’t follow it much. I still haven’t figured out who all is in because of the different teams for basketball, football, etc. ( I think?)
