Any honest info on this university would be appreciated. I noticed that almost all the players were from jucos. Almost no freshman. Is this school a powerhouse in the NAIA? Is it a showcase for the draft eligible?

Cumberland has a jv squad, like ,amy southern NAIA schools which is why you see so few freshmen.
Yes it is a national NAIA power, having won the NAIA World Series last year. Several players have been drafted in the past few years. The pro scouts always make sure they check out the CU team.
Yes they have regular juco transfers. They have a very good relationship with several jucos.
As a side note ... Coach Hunt is one of my favorite baseball people. I have a great deal of respect for him.
