Curtis Granderson donates $25,000.00

One of our own (from TF South, I believe), Curtis Granderson, 2nd or 3rd round draft choice of the Detroit Tigers, recently donated $25,000.00 to the University of Illinois at CHicago for their Baseball and Academic Excellence program.

Way to go, Curtis!

(I would do the link thing to the article, but I'm not certain as to how to do it. Will have to wait for my 12 year old to get home.)
