Looks good.
Let's see about having a HSBBW meet up there in 2019.
Thats a great location and facility. The Cedar Rapids Kernals (A Ball) plays there. Good choice

Smoke, I noticed a Hawaiian player playing for Pomona...on 2nd team all american...
And how about the MIT kid taking 1st team D3 All American honors at SS
They will be playing at Perfect Game Field (Veterans Memorial Stadium)
Everyone will enjoy the park.
Hopefully by 2019 our local DIII will have a shot at getting there!
Great news, I am sure it is a great venue. It may still be hard to compete with the community support Appleton had. I am happy to see it is staying up North. I was concerned it would head south. Ornend up in Salem
It's actually a pretty big deal here. I imagine they will roll out the red carpet for those coming to town.
Teams will be able to use our facility, free of charge, during the tournament. I hope I will be able to stay in town and enjoy the event. For sure it will be an easy one for our guys to cover.
Gov, that Pomona kid from Hawaii, Tanner Nishioka, is currently hitting .457/.559/.899 with 15 dingers. Unreal.

That's great, sounds like an excellent athlete, I'd really like to see how he'd match up vs stepped up pitching. Changes the game, but can't take away from how he's performing. Pretty cool.. I've never seen a talented D3 game. The D3 Midwest in Wisconsin will be a must for me.
Whats the avg pitching velo for these top teams? SP and then RP?
Those are great questions....I have no idea. Guessing low to upper '80s, but that's all it is: a guess. Pomona's record is middle of the road.
Austin Filiere, the MIT kid you spoke of, made Cape Cod's All-League Team last summer. That answers the question about how he matches up against top pitching.

I'd say so...
