I am a 6' 2' 160 lb. Senior in high school from MD committed to a mid level D3 school. I ran track in high school but lifted very few weights. I currently throw 79-81 fastball. If I get on a solid workout and throwing program this summer and in the fall/winter in college, where would I generically project physically?

wandy- I'm not sure I totally understand what you are asking. You mention your height/weight and your present velocity. Are you asking how much bigger you will get? Or how much velocity you will gain?

Either way, there isn't necessarily direct correlation between lifting weights and gaining velocity. You WILL get stronger if you work out properly, and judging by your description of your frame you will put on weight. With that being said, a proper lifting and throwing program will generally strengthen a player's arm and velocity, but it is impossible to justifiable gauge how much of an increase there would be based solely on projection.
Wandy,

Don't say "if", say "when"! Go all out and then you won't have to wonder what might have been. Don't cheat yourself! Then if things don't work out, you'll know it wasn't because you didn't physically prepare yourself and you can at least feel good that you gave your utmost. Preparing for baseball is more than just goes on between the white lines.
