Here's a few fields that I've seen that I was impressed with. As BOF suggests, you may want to expand your searach criteria. There are many more criteria that go into a college & college baseball selection, and there are many on this board that can help you.

Washington and Lee
Williams College
Christopher Newport
Univ of Mary Washington
Randolph-Macon College

I was not impressed with the baseball fields at :
Tufts
WPI

I've heard from others raving about some of the NY/NJ/PA school programs and their facilities. I'll let them chime in, as they will have seen it first hand. Good luck.

Montclair State in NJ shares a professional stadium with the NJ Jackels that is right on campus. The MSU program has traditionally been very competitive nationwide, academically it is above average tremendous variety of majors and a short train ride to NYC with train stations right on campus, the campus is very nice and in state tuition is a bargain not sure out of state.

Centenary College in Northwest NJ also plays at a professional stadium (Somerset Patriots) but its about a 1/2 ride from campus.
I know this school really doesn't qualify as being in the east, but Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan has one of the best facilities I have seen. Their baseball stadium has a field turf suface. Facilities at the stadium include locker rooms and an athletic training site. Their press box has the capability to broadcast games on the web, audio as well as video. They also have an indoor practice facility adjacent to the field.
I was talking to a recent commit to University of Rochester in New York, and I am actually on campus right now. As of now, the field I saw when I made it over there wasn't much to talk about. But this commit told me that they are supposed to be dropping 5-10 Million in the next few years on their field for a full turf infield, lights, full stands, the works. Also he said that the facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the roster is kept small so they are all very close on the team. Anything else, you can PM me.
