I am a firm believer in flat ground work to solidify mechanics and learn of the ball moves. I have several things I like, but wonder what others do on a daily basis? How are you preparing your pitchers to be effective? Also, what cues do you use to correct mechanics, what do you look for?
My hope is trying to find a way others simplify for HS kids. I just went through my yearly round of clinics, and found things in other areas I do but also those little things that make you wonder "do I make it that clear for my kids?" If you have any thoughts I'd love to hear them.
