It's always fun to watch a game where a pitcher is "on" and dominates.

It's especially fun when you feel like you know the boy, or his family!

And in this case, it was extra fun for some of us, who had ulterior motives for wanting to see him toss a gem at the right time!

Great performance any time, but especially under pressure against that particular team.

In the pre-game coverage the build up was all about the Flordia State pitcher (14-0 going into the game), it didn't talk long to see the star of the game was going to be Clemson's hurler (David). He showed some nice glove work as well!

Enjoy the moment TPM. It looks like he is peaking at the most important time of year.

It was a great outing, a great day and we were happy to be there to see it all. I think that the press coverage helped Dk's cause, he was a bit tired of hearing about the "other" pitcher's accomplishments. Clemson doesn't play the underdog role too much, but when they do, they are just like every other team, coming into a situation with something to prove, usually works out well in college baseball. DK also works better when the pressure is really on but the complete game took us by surprise!

The ACC tourney is a GREAT venue and a great experience. I was able to meet Prepster (after all of these years) and SDBB. By the way, congratulations to both for making the championship game and congrats to UNC for the W.
