A final roster slot is available for an additional catcher for the team who has catching experience at the AAA or Majors level, and who can also play other positions as well when not catching.
We have formed a solid core group of players and have an excellent, low-cost offseason training program currently in place. The offseason program consists of weekly hitting instructional sessions with Coach Hoffpauir, weekly pitching mechanics/catching instruction from Coach Carpenter, weight training, flexibility, and other baseball exercises supervised by a fitness trainer, and once weekly outdoor practices on Sunday afternoons emphasizing defensive instruction at each position.
Tryouts for the final roster slot are ongoing and can be done indoors weekdays/Saturdays or outdoors on Sunday afternoons.
