We give every player, who travels with our teams to Australia a book.

Maybe you can provide each player this book and then hold a quiz. An outfielder should also learn other playing positions.

I really think it's hard to beat the books and DVD's from the Cal and Bill Ripken.

The Ripken books are great. If you ever have a chance to see one of their clinics, it is well worth the money. There are some clips on youtube.

Goodfieldbaseball.com has come out with a GREAT team defensive dvd. 13 drills that cover every defensive play..pitchers also get their bull pen and pick offs during some of these drills.
