How old are you? I presume at your size you're not 8 years old.

One bit of very simple advice, but advice often forgot: play a ton of catch (call it "long toss," to be fancy) and watch a lot of pitching on TV.

Tell Mom you want a full length door mirror in your room to make sure you are well dressed (Beware of heart attack risk). Pitch to your image.

Probably 95% of major league pitchers never bought a "course.".

Find some good FREE web resources--you've already found one of the best.
I have some of the Mill's stuff, and think its worthwhile. He's kinda old school, as in not believing in weighted balls, scap-loading, and all the new fads. He believes in throwing from a mound, good mechanics, pitch counts ,etc.

Alot of people are very fanatical about these so-called pitching gurus. I think Mill's has his head on pretty straight and offers solid advice. He believes there is no substitute for hard work. He is a big believer in core strength and flexibility. I have his dvd on this.

You could do alot worse... (imo, of course)
