A friends son went to the Chipola JC hitting camp today. They told him when he swings his front leg should be bent with most of his weight on it.

I take it you're still organizing the "Mark Sanford Mistress Maintenance Fund" ... though, because he's still a sitting governor, all contributions need to be in cash, small denomination bills, non sequential.
