17 year old kid here. I recently bout some L-Glutamine and Creatine Monohydrate does this stuff work?? I have heard nothing but positive feedback from it so .. is it safe or should I get rid of it?

I agree with BigWI. Definitely talk to your doctor.

Why don't you make changes to your diet instead?
Make sure you are eating adequate protein.
Cut back on the junk food and high fat foods.

Protein is the basic building material for muscle.
Meat is the best natural source of creatine.

You would be surprised the changes you can make in your body by focusing on proper nutrition.
