DirectTV and MLB Extra innings crapola!

For me, there are two many free games to pay to watch.

I've been a subscriber since day one to Directv MLB Extra Innings. You can't beat several games per day for the money. Sorry for those of you who can't get it.

I love the package that DTV provides.

Seems to me that if they are negotiating a deal with MLB, there isn't much we can do.

Are you sure you can't get a dish installed away from the house or something?..Just asking...I'd be at a loss without this great deal!

About 3 years ago I switched to DirecTV just for the MLB Extra Innings package. My local digital cable service dropped the MLB package that year so I dropped them. As a Cardinal fan living in the Cincinnati market, it's great to see most of the Cards' games during the year.

One thing to fear for myself and the other subscribers...if DirecTV negotiates (i.e. pays a lot of money) exclusive rights with MLB then there's no telling what the annual fee will be. Surely it will go up above the current $150 or whatever it is.
