After years of considering switching to Direct TV, to get the baseball package, I learned DISH now has the MLB Extra Innings package for the first time. My wife actually called and told me; I was signed up within minutes. They will also again offer the NCAA regionals again. Who knows, maybe someday there will be a NCAA baseball package...

Extra Innings is $149.00, and each night, you get most of your out of market games, roughly 6-8 channels of different mlb games. You continue to get your local team as always; for example, we get the O's via Comcast and a couple other channels. There's a free preview I think on DISH next week for a few days. It amounts to several MLB games each and every night, all season long. It's the Baeball counterpart of the NFL package.

If your spouse isn't a baseball fan, you might want to add the DISH Divorce Package as well. Big Grin www.Dishtv.com will have more info.
