Trying to compare opportunities between the juco experience as opposed to the opportunity to go to a D II school and play JV for a couple years and then hopefully move up.
Any experience out there with DII JV programs?

I had a discussion with my son a couple of weeks ago about the difference between jc and his current team. He played a year at a good jc and currently plays for a Div II school. He told me that at the jc, everyone was there to mainly play baseball and his current teammate's first priority is to get a degree. I think it depends on what your son is looking for. I know for my son, jc was a good experience.

it has been said many times, would he be happy at either school without baseball?
lots to think about, your son should want to be where he goes.

No doubt. JC isn't the place for "higher learning".
