Division 5 South Regionals

Cant find any info... But does annyone know if the top 2 teams from each conference that make the regionals actually cross play??? For example do the beach teams play Richmond teams in the regionals??? Or is it a beach knockout tournament and a Richmond knockout and then the champions play each other for pure seeding purposes for the 4 team state......
