I just did a quick google search and found them for $34.95. It was the first website that pulled up - jaegersports.com.

Note - not affiliated with this company in any way...just trying to help.

As for whether they work - can't say they do for sure, but many programs have their pitchers use these type of exercise bands to strengthen arms.
No but they will condition your arm and shoulder so that when you do increase velo you won't injure yourself...or at least have the arm in the best possible shape for the increase.
Velocity increase is a holistic thing..better mechs, more strength, improved conditioning, positive mental attitude, desire, determination all play a part, the bands have a place within that.
This is all after your growth spurt..many guys increase velo by just getting older..passing puberty and becoming more of a man than a boy.
I agree with most of what jdfromfla says below, except his ultimate answer of "No." I think the correct answer is Maybe. J-bands, flexible tubing, the Throwers Ten and similar programs can, in some cases, increase velocity. As jd points out, there are many factors involved in velocity. IF, I repeat IF, a pitcher has weakness in the shoulder, or any other part of the kinetic chain, conditioning of that area may increase velocity. You're only as strong as your weakest link.

Bottom line is you ought to be on some sort of shoulder program, whether it helps your velocity or not.

You pretty much got your question answered. You can get them on ebay also. While you are at it get the thrive on throwing CD. Start long toss with your band work and your velocity will come up together with your durability.

If you are in California I would recommend you go to one of their clinics. The Jaegersports guys are really helpful and will answer your emails if you have additional questions.

BOF beat me to it, get the J-bands and the thrive on throwing DVD. The two working together will be great for your overall throwing program!
