I agree. I wonder if just the newness of it all gives it some of the appeal. With MLB, sometimes you know what you are going to get before the game is played. As in NCAA basketball, the drama of "do or die" well....

Post season play is always better no matter what sport your watching.
And heck yea these college games are a great change of pace from MLB.

the Pirates played the Devil Rays and I took the family to the game to watch the Pirates beat up TB 18-2....not exactly high level baseball.........

I umpired a 3 hour PONY league game.......ending 5-4.......nobody could hit, pitch, catch or run.....

You bet the best baseball I saw this weekend was on ESPN...........

College baseball on TV is great.

I haven't seen a basketball game since they started.

You hit it right on the head. The college baseball was so much more fun to watch, the baseball is so much better.

I sat my son down to watch the USC game, I said son this is what you need to do to make it to a D1. 8 errors later he was back to the video game, I said "son, why did you leave"? His response was "cuz I can play for USC right now"!
