Does every agree on this list?

I have not been informed of any problems with any "Rip It" bat.

The rule book requires the BBCOR label to be on the barrel of the bat but the Rip It bats had the BBCOR label on the taper. We were told these bats were legal.

I was told as long as it (Ripit) had BBCOR it was good!

We were informed that the "rip it" bat was granted a waiver on the placement location of the BBCOR label.....so it could be legal....

I have not run into one of those bats so far this year....

I received an email from my conference supervisor that said the Ripit was legal. FED follows NCAA on this.

Another for the Rip-It being legal. The only thing that caught my attention on the PowerPoint.

DECERTIFICATION OF 33-INCH MARUCCI CAT5 AND REEBOK VECTOR BATS

The 33 inch Mariucci and Reebok Vector bats have been de-certified by the NCAA and are now listed as non-compliant bats. By this action, these bats are not to be used in PIAA member schools contests. Please review all information posted upon the PIAA web site on the baseball page for more details on the Mariucci bat.

I think the writer of this bulletin screwed the pooch again! The headline of DECERTIFICATION OF 33-INCH MARUCCI CAT5 AND REEBOK VECTOR BATS is fine. However, the text of the bulletin refers to "the 33 inch Mariucci" as a non-compliant bat. There are 3 different 33 inch Marucci bats! (the Team Marucci, the Marucci Black and the Marucci CAT5. Why can't they explain to their game officials (umpires) the needed info required to know which Marucci is decertified? They don't even spell Marucci correctly in the text of the bulletin. That is embarrassing!
