I've been accepted at a D2 school. Most of the interest that I have seen is from D3 coaches, though this coach has returned emails etc.

Another player in my school was also accepted at the D2. The coach invited him to the campus to throw for him yesterday. Is this OK for the coach to do? If it is, I want to contact him ASAP and let him see what I have too. Do the rules change once a student has been accepted to the college, or can a coach actually watch an 05 grad tryout/throw/hit/field for him in person at this time of year?
