HS Federation rules.
Man on 1st & 2nd no outs.
Ground ball to shortstop who start to turn a double play to the 2nd baseman and get the force at second and on the return throw to 1st, is interfered with by the runner who did not slide to the base , but took out the 2nd baseman causing an errant throw past the first baseman, allowing the original runner on 2nd to score.

The umpire called obstruction, ruling that both the runner going to second as well as the batter out. But the run scored? Shouldn't the runner be sent back to 3rd?
