DON’T WASTE ANOTHER OFF-SEASON
Anybody want an extra 5-10 mph jump on their fastball???
There is a way to do it through hard work, dedication, and the right “pitching-specific” workout program!!!
I am offering a strength and conditioning program for serious baseball pitchers. You WILL get bigger muscles, develop better flexibility, and add more strength. But more importantly you’ll also be targeting the “rotational power” in your core-your abdominals, lower back, hips, and quads.
If you are looking for a fast and easy way to improve your pitching, please look elsewhere. This program needs total devotion to work, and it will not be easy. You will earn every extra mph you add to your fastball.
This program is five days a week, Monday through Friday. It includes multiple tactics to target “pitching specific” exercises:
• Weight Room
• Medicine Ball
• Sprints
• Swimming
• Agility
• Stretching
It also includes a detailed throwing program with long toss, flat ground bullpens, and regular bullpens. The throwing program ranges from three days a week to five days a week. It starts off slow to let your arm heal from the beating it took in the season and ends with your arm being ready to dominate hitters.
I will be your personal trainer, going through the program side by side with you and showing you how each exercise should be preformed.
Some info on myself: I am a veteran who is currently a collegiate pitcher. While in the military I went through two months of NAVY SEAL training, making it all the way to Hell Week, and then was injured. My rehab doctor was a former Pittsburg Pirate athletic trainer. He taught me, showed me and even wrote pitching workouts that were the exact ones used by the Pittsburg Pirates. With his input, and the help of the notorious “Tuffcuff” internet workout book, I have compiled a PERFECT pitching-specific workout program that guarantees results.
Most pitching lessons/ workouts cost a dollar a minute, resulting in $60 an hour. I think that is outrageous. This pitching program will last roughly 2 hours per day with the cost of only $100 per week. That comes out to be a mere $10 per hour, 1/6th of the going rate.
If that is not enough to get you to call…. Here are two other perks-
I know pitching mechanics and I know what college baseball coaches look for when they are recruiting high school seniors. With the knowledge I have gained through my college career, added with the information given to me by my brother (a DIVISON 1 COLLEGE BASEBALL COACH) I can help with pitching delivery and at the same time, help get that college scholarship. While you are throwing your bullpens, I will be looking for flaws in your delivery and fixing them. With me, you get a personal trainer AND a pitching coach rolled into one.
Workouts will be conducted in the Dallas area with all exercise equipment provided.
