The last few summers of travel have given me some new insight into teams bonding. My team has spent a good amount of time in hotels around the country, most of the times in hotels with other teams. That was the first time I saw the baseball necklace/bracelet made. Then there was the hair cuts/head shaving, hair dying. Last summer it was poker games/Texas Hold'em (Made famous by ESPN). What have you seen???

For the younger boys it was swimming and sharing of ipods. When I played in college )softball) we spent a lot of time playing pranks on each other. Short-sheeting beds, powder on pillows, cellophone over toilet (it's a girl thing) etc... My favorite was when we stayed at a multi-level hotel. Coach was first room off of the elevator. We switched the room number with one off of the lower floor. That kept her busy for a while trying to find her room
