You just must get it closed down and on a line right of pitcher ( RH) until your stride foot gets down.
Your top hand might be dominant and the rear elbow probably needs to get up and back and stay there too allow your front shoulder to stay in or come in.
Your stance could be closed and that can cause you to get no torque and just step out and pull with the front shoulder
The problem could be no hip coil and/ or a weak shoulder turn going into foot plant
