My son is training there for pitching. I believe you are best served if you can figure out a way to do an in person assessment and then train on your own at home with their plan. Hitting may not be as important, but I bet it is. For mine, his arm stuff was great, his weaknesses were hip mobility, t-spine mobility and overall strength. In 2 1/2 weeks he has already made big strides in mobility. They have a PT on staff that the trainees meet with each week. If you can pull off training there in person, even better.
