2013 will be taking some dual credit courses next year as a junior. He will be taking Calculus and English on our fully-accredited community college campus in regular college classes. These courses will appear on his community college transcript as well as on his high school transcript. He'll do something similar as a senior, as well.

I'm curious if anyone has experience in this because we are looking at one potential issue: the Calculus and English courses are one college semester, but the high school counts them as the equivalent of a full year of math and English for their graduation requirements. There is some question as to whether the Eligibility Center will qualify them as a full year or only one semester.

Appreciate any thoughts or experience.

INteresting question. I would go right to the source and ask NCAA compliance.
