What is the rule on catching a foul and falling into the dugout? Also are their any quriks to the rule?

It's a base award just like carrying a ball across any OFP line. In OBR you usewd to be able to go in a dugout to catch a ball but I believe the rules added last year have taken that out. Even before it was a ballpark by ballpark groundrule.

Rule 6.05(a) Comment: A fielder may reach into, but not step into, a dugout to make a catch, and if he holds the ball, the catch shall be allowed. Is the one foot in and one foot out rule still around or is that something that is a ground rule you cover in pregame?
What I mean is that in front of the dugout there is a concrete slab and they rule it a dead ball but you can have one foot on it and still be a legal play.
