Already a signing posted on "our College website" this morning. They don't waste time announcing signings. I remember a few years back son was to fax his that first day at exactly 7am (earliest possible time).

For most they have no idea.

so you can sign early starting today but for how long? How late in the year can you sign ?

Congrats to your son. My son played with a couple of St Rose players this summer and they all spoke well of the program and the school.

As a fellow upstater from my youth, I have a special connection to St Rose as its School of Education is named after my aunt.

I'm curious, where did your son play with some St. Rose players?

Son spent the summer playing with the Amsterdam Mohawks. Senior pitcher from St Rose was on the team and I think another player too.

I'm familiar with that team - the new ***'t coach at St. Rose was a coach for the Mohawks - Kyle Wilkins (he also was my son's HS ***'t coach). Did your son have a good experience playing for that team?

Also, I saw the building named after your aunt (Thelma Lally) this weekend - small world !!
