I've been using the Easton Stealth composite since the beginning of the season, which is now about one month. Recently, it's started to make a strange noise at contact, almost like a wiffle ball bat. I've checked the bats for dents, cracks, and any other visible problems but everything seems okay. Has anyone else experienced this with this model or does anyone know if its normal?

Sounds like the cap is loose or could have a very small crack in it (hard to see with naked eye).

My son uses one, and though it does sound different than a "normal" aluminum bat, it doesn't sound like you are describing.

I don't know where you are playing, but if the temps are like they are around the midwest right now, I wouldn't be using this bat (it's too darn cold out).

I don't think Easton recommends using the bat below 50 degrees or so.
