It's just I was looking around and saw a discussion of the summer birthday kids not getting fair treatment and I didn't understand. I guess the issue is school cutoffs are different (generally 9/1) except for 4 states and then the baseball cutoff is 4/30 leaving a gap.
AAU says May 1. Same difference. A player’s age on May 1 of the current season is his participation age for that season. Of course once they get to high school they should be playing with their graduating class.
