thanks bee, and as for egan, i'll bet $10 he gets out of it, if they had to test the substance it'll somehow disappear, and then hes left with just the alcohol and Fake I.D. which he'll get some community service and probation for. The organizations have ways of making things disappear.
He can afford the best representation. A local Florida county judge is throwing out all DUI tests in the defendant asks for the computer source code from the state. The state can't provide the code, which they never got. DUI convictions have dropped by half to about 30% in the county.
He may get a slap on the wrist if it's his first "OOPS". That don't make it right though.
