Eligability? All State Team - private schools

Does anyone know if 5th year seniors are eligable for the private school All State Team? I am not referring to those players who, as 7th or 8th graders, play on their high school teams. I am referring to someone who played five years of high school baseball as a high school student.

Must be, as there is at least one on this years 1st team all state for division 1 that did two years of high school in public school, then repeated sophomore year after transferring to private school.
