Elite Baseball of Lancaster, PA is one of the most trusted and proven college prospect organizations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. There are plenty of programs that can showcase an area's top talent...that's easy. Elite does more than just play showcase tournaments; we pride ourselves on working intimately with each individual player and their family, helping them realize their dream of playing baseball at the next level, whether it be collegiately or professionally.
We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with over three dozen college coaches along with the ability to get our players individually scouted. At our practices it's not unusual to find college and professional scouts looking at our players based on an Elite coach's recommendation.
If you're chosen to become part of our family we don't stop working on your behalf until you get signed...period. Last year, every one of our eligible fall and summer showcase tournament team players were signed.
Elite Baseball of Lancaster is currently looking for one or two pitchers who posses solid fundamentals on the mound and an accomplished outfielder who is solid at the plate to round out our MD/PA Fall Elite College Showcase team.
