Hey guys, We are now open and running full speed ahead! We are a group of former and current Professional Athletes, and Strength Coach's that have designed a program for anyone needing to increase speed, quickness, strength, agility, core strength, and over all athleticism. The Facility is called ELITE TRAINING ACADEMY, and we are located just .5 mile north of UCF in Oviedo, Florida.
We also offer Hitting, Pitching, and Fielding lessons for both Baseball and Softball!!! Our hitting instructors are Current Professional players as well as former professional players! We also just got a new Softball instructor who is 4th all time in Division 1 softball for Home Runs, and is currently playing professionally with one the best teams in Professional Softball! Needless to say we have a very qualified staff!
We also offer Personal Training for Moms and Dads!! Its training you have never done before thats for sure, No GLOBO GYM here!! Everything is small group oriented and has a personal trainer leading you through all movements, for both motivation and safety!
Cost:
Speed and Agility Strength Training, as well as Personal Training for Moms and Dads both can be as low as $7 a class!!!
Hitting/Pitching/Fielding all Half Hour lessons, and are priced at $40 per 1/2 hour and with a 5 lesson package you save 10%!!!
