We go thru this every year--- be careful regarding the Email ID's that you use--- scouts and college coaches may not appreciate what you and your buddies like

If we feel it is distasteful we do not list them in our programs

Guys do not hurt yourself--watch what you write and use for ID/s

They only care can you play at their college and most of players who email, write, call coaches cant and will not play college baseball

If u don't think everything you do or don't do can impact your ability to be recruited and offered a scholly by a school then so be it. While you are at it just blow off your senior year exams, and don't return phone calls or e-mails to coaches, and make sure u tell a coach u really don't think much of his program because none of it matters as long as you hit 450' bombs.

Is your e-mail address a deciding factor probably not on its own. But to show some maturity and not have an e-mail with some of the following names probably would be a good idea.
beerdrinker@
partyboy@
drunkandnaked@
weedman@
lazya$$@
stonerdude@

Not to mention having your name in the e-mail address will make it easier for the coach to identify you...I'm sure thats a bad idea.
Anyone who suggests that how you represent yourself to college coaches doesn't matter as long as you can throw 90 or hit bombs, has very little experience around the game.

How a player represents himself is very important and nobody should suggest otherwise. The overwhelming majority of players aren't the elite blue chip level player that every college covets, so they need to do everything possible to stack the deck in their favor, especially with easy to control things like behavior and image. Even the very most talented will fall away if their baggage is more than should be put up with.

First impressions count, don't ever believe otherwise.
