Does anyone have a neat idea of end of the year gifts for Seniors leaving a high school program?

For the past few years the booster club has found an action shot (pic) of the senior at his position and mounted it on a nice marble-backed frame.
Senior night is a special night at all sports at the local HS. It's usually the last home game for that sport. For baseball, the seniors are announced and escorted by their parent(s)/guardian(s) with the PA announcer detailing the student-athlete's plans for the future (the student fills out a form before the game) - it usually has something silly in there as well. Such as "favorite activity is picking 4 leaf clovers in the outfield" if he's an outfielder. Or in my son's case - "raking the infield around 1st base" (he was the 1st baseman.
One other thing they do is the Senior usually has some sort of "gift" for the parents. Ours was a "baseball in a glove trophy" with a personal message to us from our son on the ball. It's one of the "trophies" I treasure the most.
A bat with their name engraved (and school with graduation year, etc. ) on it was a favorite in our program.
Ours each got t-shirts with the school logo/mascot on the front and all of the seniors' names and numbers on the back. They also each got a wood bats that all of the players and coaches signed. One year, one of the moms put together photo books for each senior.
Our team did the action picture frame on plaque for each of the seniors as well.
Another idea that I wish I had thought of before leaving our booster club would be to create a photo book with various pictures that featured all the seniors as well as some candid shots of the rest of the team during the season. Think of it as a baseball yearbook.
I ended up using Shutterbug to make a few books for some of my son's friends as a personal graduation present and I know it was much appreciated. You can easily upload the pictures online and they create the book and mail it to you with a week. I think it cost me about $20 per book. 5 years after graduation I know my son still takes out that book and goes through it from time to time. A special time when the game was just a game for him...special memories for sure.
