Wondering what you guys do as far as end of season feedback. I do player surveys for all the kids in my athletic period. I do "exit interview" type stuff with graduating seniors. Been doing the same ones for a while now. Interested to see what others may have that I may be able to steal or tweak to make mine better.
When my son was in high school the coaching staff met with each player after the season. The season was reviewed. Players were told were they stood at that moment heading into the next year and what they needed to focus on whether it was skills or physical development. The players were expected to bring a copy of their summer baseball schedule or provide a link to the website.
