We looked on line and then visited some stores to see the gloves--then bought on ebay. New pro preferred 1b glove--listed on web stores for $250-350+, (retail per Rawlings site $500) bought for 125 on ebay. And he likes it.

Thank you sir. Dont necessarily want to spend an arm in a leg as this may be a stop-gap situation to help the team before he goes back to his natural 3b position...or...he could end up at 1b until the end of his hs career...dunno.
