Belmont Abbey did very well here. So did Eric Grabe.

Eric could easily have gone to a top DI college. Don’t know if I should say this or not, but we know he is getting a real sweet deal. Much better than most all those who are signing DI. And he will probably be an every day starter right away.

(IMO) DII’s and NAIA are going to benefit greatly from the new NCAA regulations regarding, scholarships, roster limits and transfers. I think less and less kids are going to risk things not working out at the top DIs.

Congratulations to a fine player with a very bright future.
I had the pleasure of sitting with Mr. and Mrs Grabe at the WWBA while watching my son Ryan play for PG Maroon and they are really nice folks who are really proud of their son. So from one parent to another congratulations you should be very proud and I have a feeling we'll be hearing alot about Eric over the next few years.

On another note... Mrs Grabe I still haven't gotten over the calls in that game against International Select. Wow I would never believe it if I hadn't seen and heard it for myself.

Thank you all for your kind words regarding Eric’s decision to sign with Belmont Abbey. We are very excited about the opportunity being presented to him and are excited about the role he will be expected to play.
This web-site is amazing and such a wealth of knowledge and filled with individuals that become like family members over the years.
Coach May and TPM as well as PGStaff and Consultant have been extremely helpful as we navigated our way and were always available with words of encouragement.
My hope is that as the years continue to go by, I will at some point feel competent to offer advice and encouragement to those who have yet to begin the process that we have just concluded.
Thank you all again for all your support and wishes for a successful college experience. And Coach May...I will expect to see you!

Coach May,

Just think how busy you will be checking up on players of many HSBBW folks' sons heading to North Carolina!

And you thought you would be bored when your son left for college. Wink

This truely is an amazing place, I have had the opportunity to have websters who have headed to sons games and ask if there was anything they could do for him. I have even received phone calls for reports on the game while they were there.

I do beleive that what you give in life comes back in rewards greater than $$$.

FF you can return the favor someday! Smile
