Hello again colleagues!!! With about two weeks before we start here in NY, im sitting at the computer creating a weekly pitching plan for the entire staff on a spreadsheet.
I usually "play it by feel" when it comes to the work my pitchers put in during practice...
This season I want to establish a more set routine so the pitchers themselves become more accountable for the work they put in.
HERE IS MY QUESTION...
Take a six day week, for arguments sake lets say PITCHER A pitches in a game on Monday...
WHAT DAY DOES HE LONG TOSS?WHAT DAY IS HIS BULLPEN?HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD HE RUN? DISTANCE? SPRINTS?MEDICINE BALLS? TUBING? RICE BUCKET?
