Great story! Incredible path to get there. I love these kinds of stories. This is the guy I will be cheering for no matter what team he's on.
He mentioned his freshman year roommate (Matt Ager UCSB, #174 pick in 2024 draft). I believe the roommate is the nephew of one of our posters @BucsFan.

My son's college buddy and one of his BF at Clemson is the new pitching coach. We are heading to Jupiter in a few weeks to meet with his folks.

Son began his pro career in Juipter with the Cardinals.
Your son is really fortunate to be in Jupiter.
