EvoCanes in BA Top Prospect Lists

I was flipping through Baseball America and saw several players with VA ties but I was really excited to see Poquoson HS product, Chad Pinder. Having seen Chad in a Va Tech uniform in college and a Canes uni during his HS summers, it's great to see him doing so well. He hit .288/13/55 in High A ball.

I've heard from several people that Kecoughtan's Jake Cave narrowly missed being in the Yankees' BA Top 10 and they are really high on him. Jake hit .294/7/42 from the leadoff spot in 2 stops last summer. Yankees.com has Jake ranked #8 in their system.

EvoCanes alumni Seth Maness and Kyle Crockett (Poquoson) have solid roles in the Cardinals' and Indians' bullpens, respectively. We hope to have a few more additions to MLB rosters with Pinder and Cave.
