Sounds like you need to assess your priorities and maybe get your life in order before you worry about playing ball. Not many coaches out there want to deal with a player that doesn't want to grow up. I'm assuming that the things you have done are worthy of expulsion. I realize we're not perfect, but is it a "needs to grow up" issue? Just wondering.

I wish you the best of luck. Since tomorrow's Easter, maybe a good sermon might help you get things in perspective. I don't mean to sound like a preacher, sorry if I have been a little harsh.

Not sure what kind of "Christian" school you go to, but the only God I know is an all-forgiving God.

Your school administrators should be the same, i.e., all-forgiving.

BTI,

GREAT points!

Trick,

Have you prayed about it and asked God to help you work it out? All God wants is a personal relationship with you and he loves you and wants the absolute best for you. That would be a great place to start young man. Let me know if I can help you in any way. You may send me a PM if you would like. Good luck.

OP
yeah my school is *** they kicked one kid out for tellin someone where to get drugs and they will kick u out with no physical proof. im not a bad kid just once in a blue moon i do something stupid. instead of expelling someone they should maybe suspend them and get them help or make like mandatory sessions with the high school pastors. My school isnt too forgiving and they better not end my baseball career.

Me too man, me too Big Grin. My parents considered putting me into one of those christian schools cuz I was so hard-headed about things. You can't have it be your ideas all the time. Believe me, I got 5 sisters and a mom in the house, I speak from experience. Just live life the way you can, and work on your relationship with God. I know I gotta do that. Don't let this mess you up, focus on God and baseball and you'll be alright. Happy Easter and keep in touch here, I'm rooting for you, kinda sound like me. Good Luck TrickDaddy, lets go.
My advice would be to stop doing that "something stupid". Put your focus on your future instead of here and now. If you continue to do the "something stupid" then you are the one risking your baseball career not your school. You and your parents chose the school you are at knowing their rules in advance. Take responsibility for your actions! Whatever they are you can put a stop to them and get back on the right path. I agree with the others too you need to talk to your parents. They should help you decide if you need to talk to your school about your PAST actions. I say PAST because you need to be sure that is where they stay. If you continue making those same mistakes then you deserve what you they give as punishment. Hopefully since you are talking about this you have put a stop to those actions and are ready to move forward. Coming clean to your parents would be the right step. They can really help you. It may be hard at first but they will appreciate your honesty and help you through this. I know we would our Son's. Good luck!
trick, Beenthere is correct . . .
God "IS" all forgiving Smile

that said, your principal, AD, & coach may have a ways to go yet,
so don't put too much faith in them having those same "God like" qualities

is doesn't take a genius to figure out that your best chances on a 20 man hs roster
is to be in BOTH . . .

a) the group with the most skills/abilities

b) the group doing the fewest stupid things

good luck Cool

and cut the excuses

I'm with Sue54,
Let's place the blame squarley where it belongs --- on your shoulders! PLAYERS end their careers --- not the school. You only have to do one stupid thing one time to mess up your whole life and if you continue to approach things as you are it could happen. Do it right and do it now.

Trickdaddy,

Everyone does "stupid" things. It's just some are more stupid and hurt you more than others.

There's stupid... Talking when you shouldn't
There's stupid... Slacking off in school
There's stupid... Smoking or Drinking
There's stupid... Running a stop sign
There's stupid... Stealing
There's stupid... Kidnapping

All stupid things can carry penalties to some degree. I don't understand how this is a baseball topic. Just quit being stupid and let the good stuff happen.
