My HS team will be in this tourney(spring 09).What can you tell me about the quality of teams in this?Is it scouted?

The tournament in the past has been good with several talented teams. Fairhope HS has a lot of talent this year with two 2010 players verbally committed to SEC schools and their catcher (2011) is a draft prospect and one of the best catchers in the south. They can pitch, hit and defend.
Don't know the list of team this year, but there are several strong teams in Alabama this year.

I know out of Oklahoma,one other solid program will be making an appearance in that same tournament.

Where in Oklahoma? Our family lived in Tahlequah for almost six years and enjoyed it. There are a lot of good baseball players in Oklahoma. My son played on a travel team (11 year old at the time) out of Muskogee that traveled alot. We played in OKC, Tulsa and spent some time in Texas tournaments. During that time I saw a lot of talented players and had a lot of fun!

Solid talent all around the state.Two seniors out of owasso have signed with OU,one from Sand springs as well. A kid out of edmond has signed with kansas State,guy from jenks with Villanova.The 2009 class is loaded around the sooner state

Muskogee plays tough too.We got knocked out of regionals by them my sophomore year. Current OU lineman S. McGee was throwing a split finger that seemed to disappear that night.
