Fall Ball

Any schools out there pay hire and pay their fall ball coaches, vs. using dads? If so, how has it worked out. I have been approached by some parents to coach their fall team next year. I'm not a professional coach, just an dad that coached my kids off and on through out their baseball years. Curious if anyone was doing this.

We have non high school coaches who volunteer. No dads. At least for the freshmen teams. I'm not sure if they are paid anything through the booster club.
