What is the official date for the end of fall practice at DI schools? I think it is in November some time, but I don't know the date (specifically for 2009). Thank you.

Just read the 2008-2009 D1 manual. There is shows no specific "end" date for Fall prac (again this was for 2008).
It only states that the "non-championship segment" (read Fall practices) shall be conducted within a 45 consecutive calendar day period in the months of September, October and November.
The only specific "date" I could find was the start date for Fall, which is September 1. Can't start sooner than that.
